Helpful Tips for using WebView

The username is case sensitive.

Each family member requires a unique username.

When sending messages, be sure that you have logged in to the correct chart. Do not send messages for one person when logged in as another, and do not send questions on more than one person within a single message...use separate logins and send separate messages.

You may reply to a message as many times as you wish, but keep each message to a single topic. If you have a new or unrelated issue, start a new message.

You may send a message to a physician, but you may get an answer more quickly by sending a message to one of our staff.
